No Deviation joins Efor, strengthening our presence in Asia 

Asia has become a key region for Life Sciences manufacturers, with growing industrial capacity, increasing regulatory requirements, faster project timelines, and a clear need for strong local presence. In this context, Efor welcomes No Deviation, a Singapore based company recognized for its expertise in CQV, CSV (Computer System Validation), Quality Compliance, and Digital Enablement. 

Founded in 2007, No Deviation now operates in Singapore, China, and Ireland, with Singapore as its main hub. 

A step up for Efor 

This acquisition reinforces a strong momentum that is already well underway, with more than 300 professionals now operating in Asia within Efor, supported by a unified regional organization. The objective is clear, to strengthen our ability to deliver complex industrial projects with real local proximity and aligned standards. 

China, a key market 

One of No Deviation’s major contributions is its rapid development in China. In less than one year, the local team has grown to around 30 professionals and secured several major projects with international pharma players. For Efor, this provides an established operational base in Shanghai, an experienced local leadership team, and direct access to key industrial stakeholders in the region.

In regulated environments, impact comes from making compliance practical and sustainable. No Deviation notably brings,

• Strong capabilities in CSV and the digitalization of quality processes
• Lean and risk based approaches aligned with international references such as GAMP 5, Annex 15, ASTM E2500, and ICH Q9
• Highly operational support, including audit readiness, QMS remediation, documentation, operational readiness, and supplier coordination 

This acquisition enables Efor to accelerate its expansion in Asia, building on No Deviation’s recognized expertise and strong commercial momentum in the region.
